1. Processing and Production Time
After payment confirmation:
Your order may be shipped within 30 consecutive days, accounting for the time required to produce the items.
During periods of high demand, this timeframe may vary, but the customer will be informed if there is any significant change.
2. Shipping and Delivery
As soon as the product is finished, we ship it via carrier or the Post Office (Correios), depending on the option available for the provided ZIP code.
The delivery timeframe is defined by the carrier and displayed at checkout.
The customer receives a tracking code as soon as the order is posted.
It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking and ensure someone is present at the indicated address to receive the order.
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If the order is returned to Estúdio Ame due to:
incorrect address,
incomplete address,
or absence of a recipient,
a new shipment can be made upon payment of a new shipping fee, regardless of the reason for the return.
4. Shipping Delays
Although Estúdio Ame works to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to external circumstances, such as:
strikes or shutdowns,

operational issues with the Post Office or carriers.
In these cases, we will keep the customer informed whenever possible.
5. Products Damaged in Transit
If the order arrives damaged, the customer must:
Photograph the packaging and the damaged product;
Send the images to our team within 48 hours of receipt.

Shipping is always paid by the customer.
